This fuel supply device of an engine determines the duty ratio for controlling current-carrying of a fuel pump based on fuel pressure detected by the fuel pressure sensor and a target value. When the fuel pressure sensor is abnormal, the duty ratio of the fuel pump is fixed to a value corresponding to the target value, and in a state of driving the fuel pump in the duty ratio corresponding to the target value, a fuel cut is performed or opening of a throttle valve is restricted in an insufficient area of a fuel supply quantity.
