Abstract:
To provide an intake structure of an engine capable of substantially increasing a volume in a box-type intake manifold to cope with strengthening of emission control by improving suction efficiency of each cylinder while receiving spacial restriction by further devising the structure.SOLUTION: An intake structure of an engine includes an intake manifold 1 having a manifold main body portion 2 including one opening 4 having a dimension to cover a plurality of intake ports p, and an air suction port 3, partitioning walls 13 are respectively disposed to partition an internal space 7 of the manifold main body portion 2 between the adjacent intake ports p, p, and communication ports 14 are formed on intake port-side end portions of the partitioning walls 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
