PURPOSE: To prevent the reduction of the natural frequency of an engine mount and effectively prevent the increase of engine noises and booming noises by precisely performing the positioning of a driving member to the engine mount with the simple work without using a dynamic damper and a stay when mounting the driving member on a body.

CONSTITUTION: The first joint section 14a capable of being kept in contact with a driving member 8 and the second joint section 14b diagonally crossing against the moving direction of the driving member 8 are formed on an engine mount side bracket 14. An inclination section 11a inclined in the same direction as the second joint section 14b and assisting the positioning of the driving member 8 via the contact with the second joint section 14b is formed on an engine side bracket 11. The inclination section 11a is connected to the second joint section 14b at the contact state by a bolt 19, and the driving member 8 is directly connected to the first joint section 14a at the contact state by a bolt 20.
