CONSTITUTION: A tunnel type curved part P1 extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction is provided on a vehicle floor panel P, and a transmission 1 is positioned inside of it. Thereafter, an upper part bracket 2 is fixed on an upper surface of the aforementioned transmission 1, bothe end parts 21, 22 in the vehicle left and right directions are extended diagonally upward, while, lower part brackets 3, 4 are respectively fixed on left and right lower ends of the floor panel curved part P1, their head end parts 31, 41 are arranged on the both end parts 21, 22 respectively facing against each other, and a vibration absorbing part is made by interposing and fixing vibrationproofing rubber bodies 5, 6 inclined in the inside falling direction between these facing surfaces.
