To realize the fine control of the engine output by providing a control means for electronic control type fuel supply control device for automatically adjusting the fuel supply quantity so as to obtain the predetermined engine speed.
An electronic control type fuel supply control device 22 is automatically operated, and in this condition, a neutral position sensor of a speed change shift driving unit 30 is turned on, namely, the speed change is shifted to the neutral position. When a threshing switch 37 is turned off and an engine load is the predetermined value or less, the engine speed is forcibly lowered to the idling engine speed. In this condition that the work of a threshing unit as a working unit is not performed and a working machine is not in running condition, automatic control of the fuel supply quantity can be carried out. Engine speed is automatically reduced to the idling engine speed without manual idling operation by a worker by lowering the engine speed to the idling engine speed, and the waste fuel consumption is eliminated.
