Abstract:
To provide a start control device for an engine capable of efficiently enhancing the startability of the engine.SOLUTION: An electric supercharger 51 is provided in an intake passage 30, a bypass passage 64 is provided for bypassing the electric supercharger 51, a bypass valve 65 is provided for opening/closing the bypass passage 64, and an intake throttle valve 32 is provided in the intake passage 30 at the downstream side further than the electric supercharger 51. When the engine is started in a second cold state that a temperature in a cylinder 2 is lower than a first reference temperature and equal to or higher than a second reference temperature, the intake throttle valve 32 is throttled, the electric supercharger 51 is driven, and the bypass valve 65 is fully closed. On the other hand, when the engine is started in a third cold state that the temperature of the cylinder 2 is lower than the second reference temperature, the bypass valve 65 is opened and the opening of the intake throttle valve 32 is set so as to form an intake air circulation flow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
