Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the engine starting by a large capacity capacitor as much as possible, even when the temperature of an engine or the large capacity of capasitor is low, and to use a battery as an auxiliary means.
SOLUTION: A voltage raising means 4 provided between a battery 1 and a capasitor 2, and to raise the voltage of the battery 1 and to apply it to the capasitor 2, a voltage detecting means 5 to detect the voltages of the battery 1 and the capasitor 2, the first switching means 6 provided between the capacitor 2 and a starter motor 3, and to connect or cut off them, the second switching means 7 provided between the battery 1 and the capacitor 2, and to connect or cut off them, and a control means 8 to control to close the first switching means 6 at the engine starting time, while to close the second switching means 7 when the battery voltage detected by the voltage detecting means 5 is larger than the capasitor voltage detected by the voltage detecting means 5, are provided.
