Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of an engine by suppressing reverse driving at the start of the engine, in an engine starting device.SOLUTION: The engine starting device constituted to allow the engine 12 to be started by a motor 16 includes a motor control section for outputting a voltage command value based on a current command value of the motor 16; a high frequency superimposing section 44 superimposing a high frequency voltage on the motor 16; a magnetic pole position estimating section 46 estimating the magnetic pole position of the motor 16 by measuring inductance from a high frequency current flowing when the high frequency voltage is superimposed on the motor 16; and a motor torque correcting section 47 estimating the magnetic pole position of the motor 16 and reducing the preset start torque of the motor 16 when there is an engine starting command.
