Abstract:

To improve engine efficiency at idle-up time when warming up and engine, to improve fuel economy of the engine, and to reduce an exhaust quantity of NOx.

In this engine suction-exhaust device 1 where air flows in an intake port 2a of an intake manifold 2, the air is sucked inside the engine, exhaust gas by combustion flows in an exhaust port 3a of an exhaust manifold 3, and the exhaust gas is exhausted, the exhaust port 3a is communicated with a warming-up device 10 abutting to the intake manifold 2, and the exhaust gas is introduced to the warming-up device 10 from the exhaust port 3a by a recirculation gas inflow passage 8. The exhaust gas introduced to the warming-up device 10 becomes high in a temperature of an abutting part of the intake manifold 2 by the heat, and the air flowing in the intake manifold 2 is warmed. While, the exhaust gas after receiving the heat is exhausted to the exhaust port 3a from the warming-up device 10 via a recirculation gas outflow passage.
