Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine system capable of adjusting a content rate of combustion promotion gas in reformed gas introduced into a normal cylinder through relatively simple control of a relative simple configuration.SOLUTION: An engine system comprises: a first fuel supply section which supplies fuel F to be introduced into normal cylinders 40a, 40b and 40c and a reforming cylinder 40d; a second fuel supply section which additionally supplies the fuel F to be introduced into the reforming cylinder 40d; second fuel supply amount adjustment means which adjusts a supply amount of the fuel F through the second fuel supply section in a manner that makes an air excess ratio of mixed gas M in the reforming cylinder 40d smaller than 1; and combustion promotion gas content rate control means which controls a content rate of combustion promotion gas representing a content rate of the fuel promotion gas with respect to reformed gas K in a manner that adjusts a timing to ignite the mixed gas with an ignition plug installed on the reforming cylinder 40d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
