PURPOSE: To improve responsive sensitivity of a governor lever by making a lubricating oil concentrically into a sliding clearance in a pivotally supporting boss, so that a sufficient amount of the lubricating oil is supplied to this sliding clearance to decrease sliding clearance in this part.
CONSTITUTION: A lubricating oil force feed pipe 10 is drawn out in a branch shape from an oil gallery 9, and a connecting fixture 11 is mounted in a draw out end part of this lubricating oil force feed pipe 10, inserted from the outside to a shaft insertion hole 3, internally fitted and fixed. A lubricating oil supply passage 12 is internally provided in a governor lever pivotal shaft 5, and a sliding clearance 13 between this governor lever pivotal shaft 5 and pivotally supporting boss 8 communicates with the inside of the shaft insertion hole 3 through the lubricating oil supply passage 12, so as to force lubricating oil fed and supplied to this sliding clearance 13.
