To suppress the generation of partial wear to the sliding contact face of a governor lever pivot by fitting both end parts of the governor lever pivot into a pivot insert hole and a pivot receiving hole.
Both end parts of a governor lever pivot 2 are respectively fitted into a pivot insert hole 7 and a pivot receiving hole 8. A connector 12 is fitted to the lead-out end of a lubricating oil pipe 11 led out of a lubricating oil passage 10 of a lubricating device 9. The connector 12 has an oil feeding hole 80 inside. A lubricating oil lead-in clearance 15 is formed between the pivot insert hole 7 and a cut-off face 14 of the governor lever pivot 2. Between the tip face 12a of the connector 12 and the tip face 2a of the governor lever pivot 2, a clearance 82 making the governor lever pivot 2 axially movable is formed in the pivot insert hole 7. The governor lever pivot 2 can thereby be rotated by energizing an oil pressure receiving face 18 or/and the cut-off face 14 with oil pressure, and partial wear can be suppressed.
