Title:
ENGINEERING METHOD FOR PLY SEPARATING CONCRETE STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02225006
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to accurately, rapidly and efficiently cut the specified separating place in the form of a cube even out of any part of a concrete structure by a method wherein the wire saw engineering method and cutter type wall saw engineering method are used in combination.

CONSTITUTION: At the location near the separating place 2 of a concrete structure 1, at least two guide grooves 4, each of which is enough wide and deep for installing wire saw 7, are formed in parallel arrangement by cutting from the front side of the structure with a cutter type wall saw 5 so as to install the guide pulleys 5 of the wire saw 7 at the corresponding end parts of the respective grooves 4. The endless wire saw 7, which is lead from a wire saw drive 6 and wound round the guide pulleys 5, is wound round the outer periphery of the separating place 2 of the concrete structure along the two guide grooves 4 and 4. When the wire saw driver 6 is run under the above-mentioned state, the wire saw 7 is run along a course guided by the guide pulleys 5 and 5 under the condition that the cutting reaction of the wire saw is received by a pair of the guide pulleys 5 and 5 locating at the end parts of the guide grooves 4 and 4, resulting in cutting the separating place 2 of the concrete structure 1 in the planar form in succession towards the positions of the guide pulleys 5 and 5 and finally allowing to precisely cut out the specified part.
