CONSTITUTION: A diamong electrodeposited layer 3 is provided on an engraving blade surface 2 of a master 1, the engraving blade surface 2 of the master 1 is continuously pressed on a surface 5 of a material 4 to be engarved in the state where supersonic wave oscillation is given to this master 1, and accordingly, the surface 5 to be engraved of the material 4 is made in the same shape as the engraving blade surface 2.
