PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dermal system comprising one light source to enhance penetration and action of pharmaceutically and/or cosmetically active ingredients.SOLUTION: The dermal system comprising a backing layer 1, a layer 2 comprising the light source 5 and a power supply 3, and a steering unit 4. The power supply may be a printed battery. Furthermore the device comprises a self-adhesive layer 6, which layer is a reservoir comprising active ingredients dispersed in a polymer matrix comprising one or more hydrophilic and/or hydrophobic polymers. The device also comprises a protecting foil 7 which can be removed when its use is intended. The reservoir may comprise a polymer layer 8, a rate controlling micro-porous membrane 9, and an adhesive layer 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
