PURPOSE: To compensate the manufacture error of glass by projecting a pin to a slider that can rise and fall along a guide rail by at the same time, supporting a glass retention body with a slide element inserted and fitted to the pin, and at the same time by supporting glass by the retention body.

CONSTITUTION: A slider 8 is provided along a guide rail 3 of a Bowden-cable- type wind lifter so that the slider 8 can be vertically moved by a Bowden cable. A slide element 2 is inserted into a pin 1 projected to the slider 8 for fitting while the slide element 2 can be shifted in the direction of an arrow C-D on the pin 1, and at the same time a safety disk 11 is inserted to the front side of the pin 1 for fitting. Then, a glass retention body 4 consisting of sheet metal 4c and 5 is supported by the slide element 2. Furthermore, window glass 9 is clamped between the glass retention body 4 and a pressure-resistant element 12 by a screw 10.
