PURPOSE: To easily confirm the use condition of reserved seats by providing each of seats of a vehicle with a seat confirmation ticket discriminating and a detecting means which detects that a passenger sits down on the seat.

CONSTITUTION: States of seat reserving ticket readers 12a, 14a, 16a, 18a, 20a, and 22a and seating detectors 12b, 14b, 16b, 18b, 20b, and 22b are transmitted to data gathering devices 30, 34, and 36 provided for each train, and this trans mitted data is displayed on display devices 32, 38, and 40 to easily confirm the seating states of reserved seats. Data transmitted to all data gathering devices 30, 34, and 36 provided for each train is gathered by a gathering device 42 while being displayed on display devices 32, 38, and 40 and is displayed on a display device 44. Thus, the use condition of reserved seats of all of the train is easily confirmed.
