PURPOSE: To improve workability by storing a cryptographic number and a set number in a locking and release card and selecting one from a plurality of interlocking operation in response to the set number read by a card reading section.
CONSTITUTION: When a locking and release card 1 is inserted into a card entry, a cryptographic number and a set number are read by a card reading section 2, and transmitted over a controller body 14. The cryptographic number input is compared with the set number by a cryptographic-number comparison section 3, and the indication of locking or release is transmitted over an electric-lock control section 4 when both numbers coincide. Locking, release, the set number and the content of operation such as operation, stoppage, no-operation, etc., at every terminal equipment 6, 7, 8 are set to an interlocking operation setting section 9. An interlocking-operation selecting section 11 selects one of interlocking operation from the setting section 9 by the set number input from the reading section 2, and outputs it to a terminal-equipment control section 12.
