Abstract:

To make parents of schoolchildren of elementary schools and students of junior high schools know attending and leaving time for schools and private institutes at real time, which are very important to the parents of schoolchildren and students who go to kindergartens, elementary schools, junior high school, and private institutes giving lessons to participants at evening or night.

An entrance and exit information management system comprises the steps of: automatically obtaining entrance and exit information of students, schoolchildren, and participants to schools and private institutes by identifying their IDs in certificates recording specific ID owned by students, schoolchildren, and participants of private institutes by means of a specialized reader; obtaining the entrance and exit information or opening time of the last lesson on the day by identifying the IDs of teacher's certificates recording unique IDs owned by the teachers; preparing a notice for scheduled closing time of the lesson on the day based on the information for the last lesson; automatically transmitting the notice for scheduled closing time of the lesson on the day to portable device terminals of registered parents at real time as entrance and exit information via an Internet server 5 by making use of mailing functions; and controlling histories of entrance and exit information and transmission log information for each class and individuals; and responding to inquiries of the parents.
