PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an opening required for the entrance of a holder and suppress the height of the whole body by composting the body of a front panel provided with a front plate part, and a case provided with a bottom plate part, forming in such a way that the lower end of the front plate part is opened, and positioning the front end of the bottom plate part at the lower end of an opening formed part of the front plate part.
SOLUTION: A body has lower and upper cases 2, 5, a front panel 11, an opening/closing cover 14, a radiating plate 15 and a fitting plate 16, and the lower case 2 has a bottom plate part 3 and side plate parts 4. The front panel 11 has a top plate part 12 and a front plate part 13, and the front plate part 13 is formed with added vertical height of the side plate parts 9, 4 of the lower and upper cases 2, 5. A time setting button 13c is formed at the upper half of the front plate part 13, and a cartridge insert/draw-out opening 13y is formed at the lower half. The cartridge insert/draw-out opening is formed in rectangular shape with lateral width almost equal to a receiving plate part of the upper case 5 and with vertical height almost equal to the side plate part of the lower case 2 so that a cartridge 17 can pass horizontally.
