To obtain a means which allows a desired three-person check to be performed, without the need for manual operation in an entering/exiting management system which has two functions of a two-person check and an anti-pass back function.
Provided is an entry/exit management system that includes a controller 10, in which a two-person check is saccessfully approved and an electrical lock is opened; thereafter, in a state where the electrical lock is opened and the door is closed, before an arbitrary combination of two persons enter a room, if a third person who is one of members belonging to a group other than the group of the arbitrary combination of two persons performs a card operation, a pass history which indicates the three persons of the arbitrary combination of two persons and the third person are approved together to enter the room is recorded; and the arbitrary combination of two persons and the third person are allowed to enter the room together.
