PURPOSE: To strictly control the entry and exit and facilitate the updating of the identification information by releasing a lock only when the identification information is correctly inputted to a lock judging control device provided at the inlet of an unmanned building or the like and a permission signal is sent from a center.
CONSTITUTION: An identification information device such as a ten-key, locking device 8 and a lock judging control device 7 are provided near the inlet of an unmanned building or the like, they are connected via a main control device 12 provided at a center and a communication line 11. A person who wants to enter the building asks the center for permission with television telephones 1 and 3 and inputs the identification information such as the identification number to the lock judging control device 7 from an input device 6. When this identification information coincides with the previously registered data and a permission signal is sent from the center, the lock is released for the fixed time. The setting and change of the identification information is performed by the remote operation from the center.
