Abstract:
This entry sheet for drilling holes is provided with a metal foil, and a resin composition layer which is formed on the metal foil without providing an adhesive layer therebetween. In infrared spectroscopic analysis, the resin composition layer has a carbon-oxygen double bond peak present in the range of 1700-1750 cm-1, and a carbon-oxygen single bond peak present in the range of 1080-1300 cm-1. Furthermore, when Abs(C=O)L represents the absorbance of the carbon-oxygen double bond peak present in the range of 1700-1750 cm-1, and Abs(C-O)L represents the absorbance of the carbon-oxygen single bond peak present in the range of 1080-1300 cm-1, the resin-composition-layer absorbance ratio (C) represented by formula (1), namely absorbance ratio (C) = Abs(C=O)L/Abs(C-O)L, is 0.12-1.80.
