To provide an envelope containing a personal information protective sheet, consisting of the personal information protective sheet on which personal information once made unreadable cannot be recovered and a storage bag, and free from fear of inadvertently missing personal information during transportation.
The envelope containing the personal information protective sheet consists of the personal information protective sheet and the storage bag for storing the sheet. The personal information protective sheet includes a base material 10, a stripping layer 20 formed on at least part of one of surfaces of the material 10, an image receiving layer 30 laminated on the stripping layer 20 and an information indication part 40 formed by printing on the layer 30 for showing the information on a specific individual. A position on the storage bag corresponding at least to the information indication part 40 is formed to be transparent or translucent.
