Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapped food forming apparatus and method in which inner materials can reliably be wrapped up and smoothly formed by skin materials integrated with granular solid foodstuffs.SOLUTION: A wrapped food forming apparatus 1 is provided by: continuously forming a sheet-like outside dough f1 and a sheet-like inside dough f2 by an outside dough supply unit 2 and an inside dough supply unit 4; continuously forming sheet-like skin materials F of a predetermined width by disposing and overlapping solid foodstuff N between both sheet dough using a solid foodstuff supply unit 3; consecutively forming rod-shaped bodies H by sealing both sides of the skin material F so as to wrap up an inner material G using a sealing unit 8 by disposing an inner material G on the top surface of the skin material F from an inner material supply unit 7; and forming a formed article J by dividing the rod-shaped bodies H every predetermined length using a dividing forming unit 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
