Title:
ENVELOPE HAVING SHOCK-ABSORBING CHARACTERISTIC
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010202280
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To enable an envelope having a shock-absorbing characteristic to function as an envelope having the shock-absorbing characteristic when used for housing objects and to reduce the required volume in an unused state such as upon storage or conveyance by changing a shock-absorbing material into the shape of sheet.

An outer bag body has an insertion opening at one end, has the other end fixed and made into a bottom, and is formed of paper. Two sheets formed of paper can be housed in the bag body. The envelope having the shock-absorbing characteristic has the outer bag body and the two sheets. Incisions are provided in the two sheets like expandable metal so as to be parallel with the opening end of the envelope. One side of the sheets are fixed to the opening end of the bag body, and the sides opposed to the fixed sides are mutually fixed. The dimension in the direction perpendicular to the incisions of the sheets is smaller than the inner dimension of the bag body in the same direction. Thus, the envelope having the shock-absorbing characteristic only upon usage is formed.
