To prevent the separation of joined parts of envelope paper P1 composing an envelope M and the tear of the envelope paper P1 along opening perforations 67, during the transport of the envelope M by mail.
Stopper perforations 69 are formed respectively at the tips of both edge parts of third composing paper 59 in a paper short side direction SD. The respective stopper perforations 69 are located inside the applied part of pressure bonding glue 63 and the opening perforations 67 in the paper short side direction SD. In the envelope paper P1A, when both edge parts of the first composing paper 73 or the like in the paper short side direction SD while being superimposed are sandwiched, a pair of stopper pieces 71 are formed while the paper is cut off along the pair of stopper perforations 69.
