An envelope paper P2 which encloses and seals a contents sheet P1 transferred in an enclosing/sealing system while a skew correction is performed by striking of a register roller 30 in the enclosing/sealing system, comprises: a first formation paper 107 of a rectangle; a second formation paper 109 of a rectangle which is connected through the first formation paper 107 and a first folding part 111 in the envelop transportation direction; and a third formation paper 113 of a rectangle which is connected through the second formation paper 109 and a second folding part 115 in an envelop transportation direction. A paper grain of the third formation paper 113 is formed orthogonal to the envelop transportation direction.
