Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an envelope sealing device capable of preferably sealing an envelope, without deformation of an enclosure and generation of a wrinkle on a sticking part.SOLUTION: An envelope sealing device comprises: envelope fixing means for fixing an envelope from one surface of the envelope in which an enclosure is included; and flap pressing means for pressing only a flap part. In particular, one surface fixed by the envelope fixing means is a flap surface having the flap, the envelope fixing means is an air absorber, the flap pressing means is a flap pressing roll, the pressing roll has a drive device for driving into a pressing roll flap folding direction, and in addition, flap folding means is provided in the envelope sealing device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
