The flap part 20 includes: a flap part 21 for return mail which is connected to the front piece 11 and provided with an affixing structure 28a on a surface opposite to the rear piece 12 when being folded at a folding part 13b; a flap part 22 for outgoing mail which is separably connected to the flap part 21 for return mail with a pressure-sensitive adhesive 29a being coated on the same surface as the affixing structure 28a; and an address label part 23 provided with an affixing structure 28b on one surface, and with address information 25 for return mail being displayed on the other surface, and peelably affixed to the flap part 21 for return mail by the affixing structures 28a and 28b.
