Abstract:
An envelope characterized by comprising a wire or narrow tape of high tensile strength laid along the inner side of a fold in one side of the envelope, at least both ends of the wire or narrow tape being fixed to the corners in the inner side of the fold, a plurality of severing holes enabling a small area of the envelope including the fixing place to be severed from the envelope, an arrow mark showing the severing direction formed in the severing holes or in the vicinity thereof by using perforations, holes or break mark holes that can be read as Braille points, so that the severing direction can be found by finger touch.
