PURPOSE: To improve convenience for use by an unhealthy person, by providing an enveloping bag in which a base plate and outer cover can be assembled to be put in place of each other while received cards or the like can be accessed and received by a single finger.

CONSTITUTION: When the top of a tongue end 61 of an outer cover 6 is pushed toward a locking piece 22 to the upper end edge of a base plate 20 in the direction Q by a finger of one hand, the lower end of the outer cover 6 is held by a fitting part 24 and upper and lower fitting pieces 64, 65, so that the tongue end 61 deforms the lower opening end edge 60 to project upward it so that the locking portion 62 is locked in a notch 21 in the base plate 20. This state is locked by the stability of the opening end edge 60, so that a space is produced between the opening end edge 60 and the base plate 20 and cards or the like 1 can be taken out by one hand. When the cards or the like 1 are received, an inlet having the length M and a wide width is opened nearly obliquely to facilitate the reception. When the tongue end 61 is pushed to be kept away from the notch 21 after the reception to shape up the opening end edge 60 in the direction P, the outer cover 6 is easily returned to the original state and makes intimate contact with the received cards 1.
