A sensor node 1 is connected to each of a plurality of pieces of environment control equipment 4, and environment information measured by the sensor node 1 and the information of the other sensor node 1 present near the sensor node 1 are transmitted to a server 3. In the server 3, equipment control signals for which the difference of the equipment control signals from the sensor node 1 in the vicinity 1 is reduced as much as possible are generated so that the total of the respective equipment control signals is in a prescribed range. Thus, since the output of the entire environment control equipment 4 is settled in the prescribed range and the output (brightness, for instance) between the environment control equipment 4 present in the vicinity is smoothly changed, the environment control for which the entire power consumption is taken into consideration and the comfort of a person is taken into consideration is performed.
