PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the construction of an environmental coexistance area by simulating the influence of a system including facilities and installations on environment.
SOLUTION: When the influence of a waste refuse treatment system on environment is simulated, first and second parameter values are inputted in steps S1, S2 and the recovery amt. of waste refuse is calculated on the basis of these values in a step S3. In steps S4-S8, the costs necessary for an accumulation region, sectional facilities, center facilities, final disposal facilities and disposal trucks and the discharge quantities therefrom are calculated and the calculated costs and discharge quantities are totalized in a step S9 and stored in a memory device in steps S10, S11 to be displayed and printed on a monitor. The generation amt. of CO2, NOx and SOx, final disposal quantity and recycle quantity are contained in the discharge quantity. The second parameter values are variously altered to perform simulation to estimate environmental pollution.
