Abstract:
To provide an environmental test device capable of reducing the influence of the test-room indoor environment on a vibration generation device or the like.SOLUTION: An environmental test device includes: a test room 11; an attachment unit (sample table) for fixing a testing object; a drive unit; and a drive-unit installation unit 16. The attachment unit is disposed in the test room 11, and the drive unit is disposed in the drive-unit installation unit 16. A partition member 7 partitions the test room 11 and the drive-unit installation unit 16. The partition member 7 has a multilayer structure having at least a test-room-side thin film 52 and a drive-unit-side thin film 53. An inter-film space 80 is disposed between the test-room-side thin film 52 and the drive-unit-side thin film 53, and gas exists in the inter-film space 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
