Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective method for producing deoxynucleoside in which nucleoside deoxyribosyltransferase is used together with (coupled with) adenine deaminase.
SOLUTION: This invention is related to production method of deoxynucleoside characterized by converting the produced adenine to hypoxanthine by using adenine deaminase when deoxynucleoside is produced from deoxyadenosine and a base by using nucleoside deoxyribosyltransferase.
