Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject unit showing effect on occurrence of tumor and infection with a bacterium, by incubating a specific glycoasparagine together with galactosyl transferase in the presence of a galactosyl donor.
CONSTITUTION: (A) A compound of formula I or formula II is incubated together with (C) galactosyl transferase in the presence of (B) a galactosyl donor to give a compound of formula III or formula IV. UDP-Gal is preferably used as the galactosyl donor.
