To provide an enzyme reaction heat detection system capable of detecting precisely a fine temperature change of an enzyme reaction by using a resistance element capable of acquiring a large resistance value change to the fine temperature change.
This enzyme reaction heat detection system is equipped with the first container 52 storing the resistance element 51 and enzyme solution F1, the second container 53 storing pure water F2, an injector 54 capable of storing sample solution F3 and dropping it into the first container 52, a heater 55 for heating the pure water F2 in the second container 53, and a detector 56 such as a bridge circuit capable of converting/amplifying a resistance value change of the resistance element 51 into an electric signal (voltage) and outputting it. The system detects the enzyme reaction heat generated when the sample solution F3 is injected from the injector 54 into the enzyme solution F1 in the first container 52 by the resistance value change of the resistance element 51.
