Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the wear of each sliding part of the captioned gear by providing a spacer to an epicyclic gear and making this spacer project in the direction of the axis of rotation of the epicyclic gear. CONSTITUTION:A sun gear 13 is engaged with both a planet gear 14 and an internal gear 31. A spacer 15 is put by pressure inside the planet gear 14, while the upper and lower ends of a shaft 16 is held by the first and second carrier plates 17 and 18. When torque is imposed to an input shaft 12, the first and second plates 17 and 18 are rotated via the shaft 16, thereby transmitting the turning power to an output shaft 20. Since both upper end surface 21 and lower end surface 22 of the spacer 15 is projected from the upper end surface 23 and lower end surface 24 of the planet gear 14, sliding parts 25 and 26 of the spacer 15 slide on a soft resin part. With this contrivance, the wear between the sliding part and the planet gear can be reduced.
