Abstract:
To provide a method and a composition for accelerating a long term and directed cytotoxic T cell response against a target cell by inducing for an antigen-presenting cell to provide a specific epitope to the specific target cell.
An epitope cluster is provided, wherein the cluster is originated from an antigen related to the target and includes or encodes at least 2 sequences having known or predictable affinity to a groove to which MHC receptor peptide binds.
