PURPOSE: The titled mixture causing a curing reaction by scattering a curing agent (or main agent) on it in use, having long-term shelf stability, not requiring blending in pavement, comprising a mixture of the main agent (or curing agent) of a two-pack epoxy resin, asphalt, an additive, and aggregate.

CONSTITUTION: A mixture of a main agent (or a mixture of a curing agent) obtained by blending about 10W80wt% main agent (e.g., bisphenol A type epoxy resin, etc.) of a two-pack epoxy resin or curing agent (e.g., modified aliphatic polyamine, etc.) with about 15W85wt% asphalt (e.g., straight asphalt, etc.), about 5W50wt% additive (diluent and curing accelerator such as phenol, etc.) and aggregate is applied to a repair position, the curing agent (or main agent) is scattered on it, to give the desired low-temperature underwater curing type epoxy asphalt mixture.
