PURPOSE: To obtain a laminated sheet excellent in heat resistance and water resistance and showing the low coefficient of linear expansion by superposing one upon another a plurality of prepregs each obtained by impregnating a base material with a specific epoxy resin compsn. and drying the impregnated base material to mold them under pressure to form a laminated sheet and specifying the epoxy cured matter of the laminated sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A base materials impregnated with an epoxy resin compsn. containing 30-70wt.% of a dicyclopentadiene epoxy novolac resin 3 expressed by formula I (wherein R is a hydrogen atom, a 1-3 C alkyl group or a halogen atom and n is 0-10) and 70-30wt.% of a halogenated bisphenol compd. and the impregnated base material is dried to obtain a prepreg. A predetermined number of prepregs are superposed one upon another and molded under pressure to form an epoxy resin laminated sheet. The epoxy cured matter in the laminated sheet is set so that the coefficient of linear expansion is 60ppm/°C measured under such a condition that a heating speed is 10°C/min and load is 2g by thermo-mechanical analysis, a glass transition point is 150°C or higher and bromine content is 15-30wt.%.
