Abstract:
To provide an epoxy resin powdered paint that can form, while maintaining fast curability, a cured product in which a heat resistant property as well as a high resilience are imparted, and as a result, having a heat resistance and a crack resistance during flexure processing.SOLUTION: Setting (A): bisphenol type epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent of 670 to 1200 g/eq, (B): rubber-modified epoxy resin, (C): bisphenol type phenol resin curing agent, (D): a curing accelerator, (D1): an imidazole derivative, (D2): an addition reaction product of imidazole compound and epoxy resin. In this case, provided is an epoxy resin powdered paint, composed of a finely pulverized composition, containing (A), (B), (C) and (D), and (D) contains (D1) and (D2), and the mass ratio of (D2) to (D1): 1 is 0.5 or more and 5.0 or less, and the paint having a melting point of 60 to 90°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
