Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equalizer (EQ) setting device for enabling even a beginner who cannot grasp a register or a characteristic frequency band for each musical instrument, to easily adjust frequency characteristics of an EQ.SOLUTION: On an EQ detailed screen (a) in the case where a category of a selected ch is trombone, an EQ graph 536 is an indication of an EQ graph indicating a present setting state of the EQ on the selected ch where the trombone is set as the category, a pointer is displayed and by operating them, gains of bands are adjusted. While a register display ON/OFF button is turned on, a register is displayed by a piano keyboard indication 542. On an EQ detailed screen (b) in the case where the category is bus drum of a percussion instrument, when the register display ON/OFF button is turned on, arrows 551-554 are displayed. On an EQ detailed screen (c), in rectangles 561-564, the significant extent of increasing/decreasing the gain in each of frequency bands is indicated by a length of each of the rectangles in a longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
