Abstract:
To provide an equilibrium disk resonator capable of precisely measuring the dielectric property of a dielectric substrate at a given temperature.SOLUTION: An equilibrium disk resonator 100A includes: a conductor plate 121 that is placed at one side of a circular conductor foil 110 via a dielectric substrate 131; and a conductor plate 122 that is placed at the other side thereof via a dielectric substrate 132. The equilibrium disk resonator 100A further includes Peltier devices 161, 162 that adjust the temperature of the conductor plates 121, 122. When measuring the dielectric property, the temperature of the conductor plates 121, 122 is adjusted by using the Peltier devices 161, 162 and thereby the temperature of the dielectric substrates 131, 132 is adjusted to a given measurement temperature. The equilibrium disk resonator 100A precisely measures the dielectric property of the dielectric substrates 131, 132 without using any constant temperature bath.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
