Biological information measured by urinal inspection equipment 19 or blood flow inspection equipment 21 installed in the housing of users is transmitted to the main FAX 25 via branched FAX 27 and then to the system 31 of the outer information service center in the form of email from the main FAX 25. The main FAX 25 stores the measured biological information in the memory and transmits it every few days together with at least the previously transmitted data. By transmitting lengthy data including previously transmitted data, as same data are transmitted by another transmission of email, center system 31 can receive all the biological information without loss even when an email is failed in some transmission. The transmission from branched FAX 27 and receive by center system becomes asynchronous by use of email and the center system 31 can receive males accumulated in the male server 63 from number of users at one time.
