Abstract:
For fixing bearings uses spatial positioning system comprising pins anchored in a reference plane of the fitting device which traverses the passage through the location base and whose top part has a diameter sensibly equal to the diameter of the bearings. The part of the pin anchored in the fitting device has a diameter greater than that of the top part to form a shoulder above the base of the location. Method of fixing parts of a watch movements stones by laser radiation with a fixing device. The parts have on their upper surfaces with a location whose wall delimits an opening having contour with low play with respect to the stone to be fixed and whose base has a passage to an opening in the lower surface. The method includes the following stages: (a) fit the placing device with the spatial positioned for one or more stones with respect to one or more reference planes of the placing device and with means for wedging a part; set the part to be fitted with a stone on the placing device; put one or more stones in the respective locations by fixing their spatial position in the part with the spatial positioner and placing device; focus and displace the point of a laser beam on the pressure points of the stone against the wall of a location, on the periphery of the opening of a location or on fusible material around the opening so as to fix the stone in the location, and; free and remove the part from the placing device.
