Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for casting slurry, which allows the space in a molding room to be effectively used.SOLUTION: Equipment 1 for casting slurry includes rim molding lines 21 and 22 at a central position for molding rim compacts RM with a plurality of rim molds 200. In order to join the rim compact RM to a trunk compact BM, workshop lines 11 and 12 are disposed on both sides of the rim molding lines in parallel with the rim molding lines, respectively. On the outside of the respective workshop lines, a plurality of trunk molds 300 are disposed and trunk molding lines 31 and 32 are disposed to mold trunk compacts BM, respectively. The arrangement interval S1 between the rim molds 200 disposed in the rim molding line is set smaller than the arrangement interval S2 between the trunk molds 300 disposed in the trunk molding line. The rim molding lines 21 and 22, the workshop lines 11 and 12, and the trunk molding lines 31 and 32 are disposed in a molding room H, in which the heat is introduced from a neighboring oven.
