The supervisory control device (remote supervisory control device 1) inputs a choice of controlled equipment of facilities 7 and a control command which are inputted by mouse operation, recognizes a control command from a microphone 2f to decide whether or not the control command by the mouse operation matches the control command by voice input, and controls the controlled equipment selected by the mouse operation with the same control command only when the voice of the same control command as the control command by the mouse operation is inputted within a specific limit time after the reception of the input by the mouse operation.
