PURPOSE: To obtain an installation stored in an ordinary known conveyance container in which installation of the conveyance container requires an installation position defined particularly in at least one machine kitchen in the aircraft.
CONSTITUTION: One heat exchange apparatus is provided in each of conveyance containers 8b to 8d installed substantially for each installation position, and a secondary circuit is adapted to go around in a heat transfer tube mainly in a wall of the conveyance container. The secondary circuit absorbs cooling exergy along the heat exchange apparatus, are releases the cooling exergy to the conveyance container. The heat exchange apparatus is coupled with a cooling apparatus 4. A contact surface is provided at least on one side of the heat exchange apparatus and the conveyance container, and secures thermal conduction by making contact with each other. As a result leaks in the installation and non-sealing property are restricted to a minimum whereby efficiency in the installation is sharply improved. Further, it is advantageous that there is no need of effective space surrender for containing dry ice for example. Thus, an ordinary size container is employed to utilize an effective space to the utmost.
